What we collect

Contact requests

When you submit the contact form, we typically receive:

• Name, email, phone (if provided), and company name
• Your message and preferred contact method
• A record that you consented to us using the information to respond
• Basic technical metadata (time submitted, page URL, and similar request headers needed for spam control)

AI Readiness Audit leads

When you take or unlock the audit / advisor experience, we may collect:

• Business profile answers you provide (industry, size, software, and how your business works)
• Audit responses and generated summary content needed to follow up
• Contact details you enter to receive results or unlock the advisor (name, email, company)
• Consent / agreement acknowledgements shown next to those forms

Please do not enter patient health information, financial-account numbers, passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

Site analytics and hosting

Like most sites, our hosting and analytics providers may process IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location. We use this to keep the site reliable and understand which content helps owners. We do not build advertising profiles for sale.

Retention

Contact and audit lead records are kept as long as needed to respond, maintain a working relationship, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. You can ask us to delete or correct contact details; we will honor requests unless we must retain a record (for example, fraud prevention or legal compliance).

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a consulting lead site. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive credentials, or regulated personal data through these forms.
